Fixing Exisiting Browser Tests #174

I haven't run them yet, but looking at them I can see that those dealing with the find location typeahead will have to be updated to check for the search page instead of the view location page when input is submitted.

We will also have to remember to make sure all the browser tests have the same tests in them =P

IE tests are all fixed up. Chrome and firefox are mostly fixed up. One error in chrome that has something to do with accessing the about page from the 500 error page, and 3 in firefox that should work but just don't for some reason.
