Hamburger menu goes off screen on small mobile devices #1

This happened after changing styles this past week. The whole menu needs to be re-designed and re-written I think. I'm not happy with it.

Through much effort, this is fixed. The menu is much smarter than it originally was and should now conform to any screen size with a scrollbar if necessary.
