Internal links ignore sub-directory structure #26

Instead of directing to /sub-directory/#/slug, they're going to /#/slug at domain root.

This was due to using links beginning with "/#" in supplied data. Instead, begin with "#". The problem won't manifest unless you put the app in a sub-directory.
