Targeting #36

Some additional changes:

Text center-aligned on an empty layout is fixed for Android 12.
Updated RecyclerView dependency to v1.2.1.
Bug where special-sheet was not correctly dismissed due to incorrect dismiss listener, is fixed.
Improve detection screen not showing during onboarding, is fixed.
Back press does not clear special filters, is fixed.
