A freeze in nsCSSDataBlock::MapRuleInfoInto occurs on certain pages for
reasons I don't fully understand, but it seems that the loop goes Cartesian
under certain circumstances. In this version of layout, I have solved it
simply by causing the maximum number of iterations not to exceed 50. This
is clearly a kludge and will be marked as such. We'll reexamine this on the
next pass through layout.
