bad MRJ plugin #142

Discovered by techfury90 on 68kmla: applets that *should* work do not work.

This turned out to be due to the ancient JVM that comes with Classilla; for 
some reason WaMCom never had the updated plugin in its sources. Replaced dist 
folder and plugins:oji with the last MRJ plugin for classic Mac OS. Now we 
support everything IE 5 does.

Leaving open so that I check this when we run off a build.
