1.3's Cert cleaner is different and so is the way CN= is accessed, so required 
some modifications. However, tested working (i.e., blocks) the test site 
provided in the Mozilla bug, and when I change the serial to not match the test 
site, it lets it through, and no other SSL sites are affected that I can see, 
so marking Verified.
