Destyle hotkey #174

We have a hotkey for slow scrolling. We should have one for destyling. It may
need to be implemented by a separate menu item that hooks the existing style
sheet logic to set to None.

When toggled on, default to None.
When toggled off, default to the first available non-None style sheet.

Technical constraint prevents this. We could try the locale method when we
unfreeze locale strings in 9.3.2 (with a shadow option).

More usefully, we could simply make this not process CSS using Byblos to block
it.
