User enhancement request. This will expand the rightclick menu to open tabs
in the back. A switch-to/switch-back should do the trick.

Quick initial implementation in 9.2.1. The major problem is that OS 9's poor 
multitasking/threading makes this less useful on really heavy pages, but this 
should improve as our layout does.
