Rewrite Mozilla Help as Classilla Help #77

1. Update product name.
2. Fix height of content window; the current one has the down arrow
obscured by the resize gadget.
3. Find the inaccuracies (there are quite a few).

I have included a text file explaining what I have done and on which files, and 
etc. Briefly, I have done #1 for Help window and sort of #2 (workaround 
actually).

I am not sure of #3 though there seems Mozilla Helper App Launcher or 
something. Should it be changed to Classilla Helper App Launcher?
