edit khi_rs013n_moveit_config/package.xml: fix version #57

Bloom requires that all package.xml files bear the same dotted-triplet version string.

https://github.com/Kawasaki-Robotics/khi_robot/issues/56 , since it requires a fresh bloom for the new rosdistro foxy, would require this patch.
