vanilla tweaks stair glitch #31

did some testing and it appears the bug when sitting on stairs with vanilla tweaks and it causes the same glitch the use to happen with quark

It should already be patched in 1.0.4 but I can see what I can do

Just tested it on 1.0.6 and it works without issue
