Feature request: Highlighting of attached objects when selected #24

Using Token Attacher for the first time, overall it's a wonderful module. Love the idea and how it works.

One thing that might be useful in a future release is a way to highlight/outline all the objects currently attached when it edit mode so you can visually see what is attached to a particular token. Also, as soon as an object is attached to a token, it should also show the same highlighting so you know it worked.

There is a highlight button which makes attached elements transparent. I would love to have a better visualization for attached elements but with the elements being on different layers I don't yet have a better solution.
