Investigate disclosure ammendments #75

When combing past records, the scraper automagically processes any disclosure addendums it comes across. But surely addendums will continue to be released on new data. I should address this somehow. Maybe scan six months back, too? Idk. Are addendums coded differently? Might be good to do this alongside #67

Done. I replaced -l --latest with -r --recent, which pulls the current and previous year and processes any new disclosure pages.
