Make colorized lambs hold their color #68

Currently, they are sheared and the color is lost!

I found this to be way too OP. Instead, I decided to rewrite the wool API as such: Lambs now regrow their wool when eating dirt_with_grass to dirt. Alpacas now regrow their wool over time. Lambs now drop 2 wool when sheared of the respective wool, 4 for alpacas.

Thus, if you dye a lamb it is 200% more efficient.
