Request: Use enhanced mouse controls #143

Analysis of the PuTTY source code reveals that it supports some protocol 
extensions for improved mouse control.  In particular, Mouse Tracking mode 1006 
(SGR extensions) allows for detecting drag/drop and also screen widths greater 
than 233.

Note, PuTTY requires mode 1002 for mouse+drags AND 1006 for screen widths.

May come for free with Terminal++.
