Fix Travis coverage #224

Also implemented a number of improvements in the CI script:

Coverage and Sanitize are now options in Conan, and are forwarded as such in the Travis script.
Anonymized the Travis tokens for Gitter and Slack (after disabling the old tokens).
Fixed a couple of Travis build config warnings

Coverage remained the same at 95.087% when pulling 6ea9208e898f777852de6ce69e35d98e7e65c0e2 on fix-travis-coverage into ae64026dc09b4c865e94d7a4cdead1db63ec084f on master.
