Add Graphs #168

Full disclosure, I am founder and maintainer of Graphs. So apologies if this is ego-posting, and against the spirit of this list to put up a PR with my own app. But I stumbled upon this list. We've recently got added to GNOME Circle, and I thought Graphs would fit will in this list.

Regarding order in the list, I just put it below Plots. Maybe it should be alphabetically, but I noticed the list as a whole isn't alphabetical so I went with chronological instead and put it below.

But again, feel free to close this PR if it's inappropriate to submit my own app. No hard feelings either way.

There is no issue with you submitting your own app as it fits the criteria (especially when its part of GNOME Circle like here), thanks for contributing !
