No module named 'VCA' #1

Is the file you uploaded incomplete？when i run the program it report errors "No module named 'VCA'"

Ah yes, I should edit the readme file.

VCA(vertex component analysis) is a separate method, I didn't include the code since it didn't belong to me.

I would recommend finding the code online from a different source.

Sorry I didn't catch that earlier, I'll make sure to update the readme file for that. Thanks for letting me know.
