GEPlugin causes scroll bars to appear/disappear repeatedly #136

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. visit this url: http://maps.myosotissp.com/bugs/resize_bug.html

What is the expected output or behavior? The earth should appear in the 
browser window, and sit still :-)

What do you see instead? The earth appears in the browser window and jumps 
around (scroll bars keep appearing and disappearing).

Which plugin version are you using? Dont know. How do I find it?

Which browsers and operating systems are affected? FF 3.0.5 and Chrome, on 
windows XP. IE seems to handle it correctly.

Please provide any additional information (code snippets/links) below.
