Improperly rendered Google Earth Info window Again.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

this issue was fixed before and now it is back again?

2. basically there is a double infowindow showing up on the Google Earth 
map and it is too big and cut off the screen.

I expect to see a properly sized and placed infowindo

I am not sure.
