Request for the addition of a time slider feature for Google Earth API

What should this feature enhancement do?

I work for WxAnalyst. I am working on a Google Earth API application which uses 
radar and 
satellite data. We believe it would be of benefit to allow the GE API recognize 
the <TimeStamp> 
tag, and display the time slider, as is normally the case in GE desktop.

We are animating 4D radar images, as shown in this example showing Hurricane 
Dolly using data 
captured from the KBRO radar site :

Are there any known workarounds that produce the similar results?
Not known.
