Change placemark location and send it back to the browser as parameter string #163

The reason why we need this feature is we developing POI entering
application and we have to move placemarks to 30-40 meters from the current
location. So we can genrate custom KML with current position of POI and
move it to the new position and get back with our software from browser's
address line.

If you are intentionally talking about the 'plugin' the point is you can code 
this 
yourself with javascript. 

An example you could draw inspiration from:

if you mean the standalone client, then is is the wrong issue tracker. You 
could note 
it here:http://code.google.com/p/kml-samples/issues/list
as it would probably need KML update. Unfortunatly dont know where suggestions 
for 
Google Earth client, should go, perhaps here:
