What should this feature enhancement do?
Every Multigeometry/Linearring/Linestring/Polygon/Placemarks should be
draggable please accept it quickk...

This is very important to the useability of the Earth API

We have found it is easier to allow people to implement their own editing APIs 
("draggable" is not well defined, since, like with HTML, you can just listen 
for a mouse down event, move the geometry clicked with the mouse, then stop 
moving with a mouse up event). Check out the Earth Utility Library for one 
implementation of such an interaction:
