Please help me to improve my skills

To whom it may concern

My name is: Shahin Pourhashemi and Currently I am student at Limkokwing
University of Creative Technology (Malaysia) and I am studding Bsc in
software engineering with multimedia. regarding to my Major Project, I have
to make an interactive map of my university which I am going to use  Google
SketchUp to model  and than I am going to upload the model and use API to
edit the map (Some example of the interactive map which I planed to make:

1)  I would like to know, if I could use Panoramic Virtual Tour instead of
using still image, and also how about video, audio or other multimedia
elements?
2)  Please send me some tutorial links and tips about Google SketchUp and
Google Earth API.
