Support for Flash Objects in KML Loaded by FetchKML

Just discovered that flash objects (such as YouTube embed codes) are not
supported in the GE API if the KML is loaded via fetchkml.  This creates
yet another inconsistency in KML behavior between gmaps, the GE Plugin, and
GE client KML parsers.  

While I could attempt a work around via creating the KML via javascript for
the Plugin version, this would require a significant recoding effort when I
already have a 100% solution for the GE Client.

Youtube, doesn't work from KML in the GE API plugin, only GE Maps and GE 
programme, 
really frustrating to add a 3D interactive globe with static content. Very 
significant 
coding to fix, when this should really work as it does in the GE client and 
GMaps.
