Filling column names when using SetDataInitial #112

If the configuration tab does not existing filling the fields from the UMSAP Ctrl window does not trigger the filling of the wx.ListCtrl with the name of the columns in the data file. But if the tab already exist then the column names are shown.

Fixed!
