Changes due to #22 lead to the following changes that must be included in the manual:

You need to discuss the format of the exported data in each case.
Utility Filtered Peptide List in TarProt menu deleted
Utility Export Data in General menu added
New Utility window image
File .filtpept is now .txt and menus are called Export Data
CorrR mention that when exporting columns if the data file cannot be located the program asks to select it. Update Tools menu description.
