Make path in umsap file relative to the umsap file #66

For example, in I, iFile is now set as "/Users/bravo/TEMP-GUI/BORRAR-UMSAP/Input_Data_Files/20210904-151937-tarprot-data-file.txt" but it can be set as "Input_Data_Files/20210904-151937-tarprot-data-file.txt" relative to the umsap file.

Bad Idea. Better leave as it is.
