How can I install the following dependencies in Selieo?

mobilesubstrate
applist
com.rpetrich.rocketbootstrap
preferenceloader

from cydia almost already installed on your device

go to cydia then search for each one if there are green right its mean installed if not click on it and install it if not exists, google it and get its source then add it then search again
