New maintainer

Hello to everybody, we're (me and @jiripudil) looking for somebody, who actually uses this library in production, to help us test features. And even better help us develop them.

Either somebody steps up, or we'll be forced to deprecate this in favor of slevomat/csob-gateway :cry:

I'm marking both kdyby/csob-paygate-nette and kdyby/csob-payment-gateway as abandoned.

I've closed all issues and marked them with label #deprecated. If new maintainer is found, they can be reopened.
