No Blue essence after boosting in aram #120

When you boost in aramyou dont get the 200 Blue essence , is it intended ?

I can't control if you receive it or not, it's on riot's end. I've coded this exploit long time ago and I don't remember the specifics if you were supposed to get BE

It only work with RP you used to buy champion , right ? Because I use RP to buy Hextech key but its not work.... :<
