Can u add check for hwid banned accs? #244

Don't know anyone with a hwid ban, not sure how to check it. And pretty sure they wouldn't implement it in lcu api

Well it should be there if the van 152 sign pops up, but I don't know if vanguard is using lol api or not Because with such a block, you can start the game through kbot, but there will be an error inside (triggering vg)
