Cosmetic removal of references to variance in CreateUncertaintyImage.py, FluxCalibrate.py, and MakeCube.py and some minor code tidying. Looked through all references to 'uncertainty' in kcwidrp/primitives and attempted to make the use of stddev for uncertainty unambiguous.
