Apply wavelength corrections to Nod and Shuffle obs #144

The current kcwi_pipeline.py does not apply the wavelength corrections to Nod and Shuffle that are applied to normal data cubes. This should be easy to fix.

Added to kcwi_pipeline.py, but have yet to test it. Won't close this until it is tested.
