Substantial changes to enable reduction of arbitrarily named files

Mainly, fixes all instances of output files being determined by OFNAME header keyword.

Also:

• Makes check_cals work with red-side data
• Turns off multiprocessing, allowing red and blue reduction at the same time
• Moves several print statements to the logger
• Fixes a few instances of plotting level not being obeyed, restoring the automatic reduction mode
• Changes how the RTI mode functions in a few subtle ways, including passing in the reduction level as an argument, and some changes to the HTTP method
• Updated the event_table in the RTI pipeline to match the standard kcwi_pipeline
