Create and populate Confluence page with "Information for KPF Observers"

Make a Confluence page to document:

• How to connect to the KPF observing VNCs
• The layout and content of the VNC screens. Include notes about how to automatically display FITS images as they come in.
• How to connect to webKTL and Grafana, including using the SOCKS proxy on Firefox
• How to operate webKTL to manually acquire calibrations and stellar spectra
• How to start, monitor and stop automated calibrations
• An explanation of the computers (kpf, kpfserver, kpffiuserver, others) and network architecture (behind WMKO firewall; some KPF devices on network behind kpfserver) related to KPF.
• How to monitor the flow of data through KPF, including generation of sub-FITS files at Keck, assembly of L0 files, copying of L0 (and EM sub-FITS) files to Caltech, DRP generation of 2D, L1, L2, and QLP files using the DRP, ingesetion of L0,2D,L1,L2, and QLP files into Jump.
• Graphics of 1) the fibers, shutters, and light sources, 2) the Fiber Injection Unit, particularly the light paths for the two modes of operation. This is really helpful to build intuition about how to operate the instrument. Graphics of the optical layouts of the main spectrometer, H&K spectrometer, and the exposure meter would also help, but are less critical because the aren't moving sources or different sources to select
• A list of good numbers for observers and data analysis to know about KPF and its subsystems. These might include: the saturation points of the detectors (main spectrometer, exposure meter, H&K, guide camera), maximum exposure time on the exposure meter for a star with a reference brightness, a conversion between exposure meter flux and main spectrometer flux, the signal level for a 1 m/s and 30 cm/s signal in the L0 and L1 exposures.

• A link to the documentation with Jupyter example of opening and manipulating KPF data.
