Sanity check of Exposure Midpoints #643

Now that the photon-weighted midpoint determination has been in regular use for months, we should check the results. @jonzink is a good candidate to do this. Some basic things to check are that the midpoint times are between the exposure start and stop times and that it is usually close to the half-exposure time. Computing the distribution of half-exposure time minus photon-weighted midpoint will be informative.
