AnalyzeWLS compatibility with current WLS dictionaries #787

@lukehandley noted that the recent (Dec/Jan) WLS dictionaries are missing some information that the AnalyzeWLSDict() class uses for plotting, e.g. chi2. Let's fully diagnose this problem and fix it.
