turn off saving wlpixelfiles since Andrew's json files contain all of that information and much more
If this is a good line list to use (especially if we want the line list to be the same as our CCF mask) then we can stick with this format: 2 columns, wavelength, and weight. Only lines with weight == 1 are included in the fits. Let me know if you want a different format.
