Updates the wls_auto.recipe to point to different wls's for different eras.
Important note: We're not actually updating rough_wls to the latest WLS (i.e. I think we want the rough_wls for 04/18 to be the solution from 04/17). Based on past testing with Era 1 this is fine for now => we shouldn't be moving that much to prevent lines from being detected. I'll work on implementing this, but I wanted to get the ball rolling with this PR in the meantime.
