4 months ago - added the CalibrationLookup primitive to find all calibrations for a given ISO-formatted date time string
- finds before/after WLS too, but depends on "-morn" and "-eve" nomenclature so won't work right for solar data
- not yet implemented in the primary DRP recipe
- added test_wls_interpolation_recipe test that tests this calibration lookup primitive and the WavelengthInterpolation primitive
