Flux percentile diagnostics keywords #951

The following keywords are now computed using the Diagnostics module and are added to the 2D header. This addresses Issue https://github.com/Keck-DataReductionPipelines/KPF-Pipeline/issues/913.

        GR2DF99P - 99th percentile flux in the 2D Green image (e-)
        GR2DF90P - 90th percentile flux in the 2D Green image (e-)
        GR2DF50P - 50th percentile flux in the 2D Green image (e-)
        GR2DF10P - 10th percentile flux in the 2D Green image (e-)
        RD2DF99P - 99th percentile flux in the 2D Red image (e-)
        RD2DF90P - 90th percentile flux in the 2D Red image (e-)
        RD2DF50P - 50th percentile flux in the 2D Red image (e-)
        RD2DF10P - 10th percentile flux in the 2D Red image (e-)

        HK2DF99P - 99th percentile flux in the 2D HK image (e-)
        HK2DF90P - 90th percentile flux in the 2D HK image (e-)
        HK2DF50P - 50th percentile flux in the 2D HK image (e-)
