The driver files in the drivers folder were causing confusion and were not updated with the same code as was generated by AutoDriver. This PR removes that directory and references to it in documentation, essentially requiring users to use the AutoDriver function. This simplifies maintenance as only one source of driver files need to be maintained from now on.
