Fix Navbar/Mobilemenu Dropdown #3

I want people to navigate the website using this. I think I will just do something similar to "Diego's Website," as that one works pretty well.

Current bug, I need to fix the menu to not scroll but to size down when the screen size is smaller.

What I want to add is a slide down of the dropdown menu to notify to people that the menu is open. More intuitive clues is key to making that work properly.

Fixed issue, but made a new issue about the current bug I am having with this.
