Converted the project to a Maven Build project #1

You don't have a ci server setup as i see it right now, so i setup ur project as maven project to be easily built in jenkins. I haven't changed the code tho (I added some functions to the interface of a command cause they were missing), so if you wish to have your projects' builds easily maintained with a jenkins you should decide to accept this changes. If not, ill still keep my work if thats right for you, i really like this plugin and want to help you with it. A continuous integration server is the best way to get quick responses to new versions without having to do the build manualy always.

Yeah, I'm looking over it. Oh, and i never noticied the thing with the command interface. Kind of strange actually, because i did add those methods to it lol. I have no idea why github never recorded the change.
