Intelligent gating #103

There's also two other main gating types: morphology gates and kmeans gates. Seen as it would flesh out the tools section I think it would be a good idea to add these in. Unless anyone has any objections I should be able to implement these in R within the next week/week and a half.

I do too, but what is the specificity of these two gates? I can't easily find documentation online.

Yeah documentation is a bit thin on the ground for anything like this. Not entirely sure what you mean by 'specificity' but I believe the morphology gate is basically fits a bivariate normal distribution to the data and chooses an area to gate based on this, so it should be fully automatic. For the kmeans one, it just uses kmeans to split the data into sections based on the clusters. Looking at it the kmeans one seems quite hard to automate, but the morphology gate is definitely achievable.
