Pre-release license review #105

Before release, we need to ensure that we're following the licenses on any dependencies we're using. We'll probably need to make a licences directory and add a number of licences to that (since a lot of libraries ask that you include their licenses with your project). Whether we can have Dependable copy the licenses in or if we have to actually commit them I'm not sure.
