Gating redirection broken on development #109

I think this was introduced by either #93 or #97 based on a quick 'git reset'.

Seems to be due to the (anonymous) error callback at 335 of GraphTools.js not being called.

Issue was due to a change in server-side JSON output not being reflected in JavaScript. See

97 - app/tools.py:90. (b0dd9e08)
