Fixes dataset download so that a file with the friendly name 'test' would be downloaded as 'test.fcs' rather than this '-raw-fcs-data-test' nonsense.
Displays friendly name in file preview instead of cloud storage name.

I've merged this with my other pull request as I fixed some compatibility issues between the two.
